The information provided on the Corbett Palace website is intended to help visitors understand our accommodation, facilities, services, packages, and booking options.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep our website as accurate as possible, but we understand that things change, like package details, promotions, and room details. Our booking team is there for you to confirm all important details, and we ask that you do the same, especially when making a reservation. Pictures may be representative of other accommodation types and categories. Rooms are subject to availability.

Wildlife, Weather and Outdoor Activities

Jim Corbett is in a remote location and weather and road conditions can vary, so it is hard to say what kind of activities will be available. We do not guarantee wildlife viewing. Third parties have the right to change things at the last minute and we have no control over things like safaris, permits and what wildlife viewing opportunities are out there.

Guests are required to abide by all local rules, safety guidelines, and the instructions provided to guests by authorized personnel. Corbett Palace does not guarantee that guests will be able to see wildlife. We are not liable if guests are unable to reach the attraction.

Third Party Services and Links

From time to time we may refer or provide a link to external sites, businesses, activity providers or even payment services. We have no control over these and guest privacy policies and other terms and conditions are up to them. We encourage our guests to review the relevant terms of service.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Corbett Palace shall not be responsible for losses arising from reliance on outdated website information, temporary website interruptions, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
